Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote or booking a service with Homemade Developers, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a booking.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information and photos shared with us. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from what was originally described once our team is on site.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Service dates are confirmed once a quote is accepted. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking.

Scope of Work

We complete the work agreed to in your quote. Additional items, repairs or cleaning outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Junk Removal & Disposal

Certain items may not be accepted for removal due to local disposal regulations. Acceptance of specific items will be confirmed during your quote.

Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the scheduled service.

Limitation of Liability

Homemade Developers takes reasonable care while completing all work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service.
